richmond at 10:20 this morning. two victims were taken to the hospital with gunshot wound. the extent of their injuries is not known. a 17-year-old boy was shot and killed in san jose right in front of an elementary school. lie yo kneel farius was walking outside rocketship mosaic elementary school when a car drove by and fired shots. he died at the scene. it was at 7:20 in the evening. the area is known for gang activity. no known motive in the shooting and no arrests have been made. san francisco police are looking for help to solve a homicide in the mission district. it happened outside the double dutch bar on 16th street between valencia and guerrero streets. they attacked already reason so jiminez and then shot him. >> anyone who saw anything,

please give the police a cull. thousands of nurse resist on strike. this is an ongoing labor dispute that resulted in several walk outs in the past. we have been following developments. now we explain how the strike is impacting patients. good afternoon, paul. >> good afternoon, tori, we are smack dab in the middle of the strike. we are here to open up. and there are strikes going on. and another north bay hospital. so nurses here say they are demanding 100 concessions. they want retirement, and health coverage. >> it is so ridiculous to think that nurses can work without sick time or put us on the government for sick time short term disability. >> reporter: hospital officials agree it is real changes and changing sick and vacation days
